Surly Monkey Nuts v1 Replacement dropout and axle spacers for Surly frames. For use with traditional style (bottom pull) front derailleurs Compatible with QR or 10mm bolt on axles Pulls the wheel back 5mm in dropouts Surly Monkey Nuts v2 Replacement dropout and axle spacers for Surly frames. For use with modern top or dual pull front derailleurs Compatible with QR or 10mm bolt on axles Pulls the wheel back 14mm in dropouts Surly Monkey Nuts v3 Replacement dropout and axle spacers for Surly frames. v3 Monkey Nuts are designed for use in all Surly frames with horizontal slotted dropouts, in conjunction with a Surly 12mm thru-axle, or quick release hub using our 10/12mm adapter washers. For use with modern top or dual pull front derailleurs Compatible with Thru-Axle, QR, or 10mm bolt on axles (QR and 10mm axles require use of adapter washers) Pulls the wheel back 12.5mm in dropouts
